The BROOSTER range has been defined as a new genre of spirits. In collaboration with Illycafé, we created a new breed of coffee liqueurs. Cold Brew coffee blended with the finest spirits – Rum, Gin or Williams. Intense flavours that, maybe at first glance, seem to fight rather than blend harmoniously. Not so. Rather than a cockfight, we created a Walz, a Rumba and a Flamenco. Collective winners of 4 international gold medals.

40ml BROOSTER COLD BREW COFFEE with GIN 20ml Suze aperitif 20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice Shake all ingredients with ice cubes, then strain into a small, pre-chilled wine glass (without ice). Garnish with a lemon peel. Enjoy!
