• 40ml BROOSTER COLD BREW COFFEE with GIN
• 20ml Suze aperitif
• 20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice

Shake all ingredients with ice cubes, then strain into a small, pre-chilled wine glass (without ice). Garnish with a lemon peel.
